This was so good. "Refreshed/recharged" is also an implicit acknowledgment that work is a drain on you. Imagine a workplace that said "we know this is draining you, this is what we intend to do about it..."
Which makes me think even further... how funny would it be if one day a leader could say "I know you're probably drained from 24-hour parenting or holidays with your in-laws. We're happy you're back at work so you can recharge."
